When it comes to Mexican
food, no one does it better than Pedros
Tacos. When I
walked in I noticed the festive mood and the brightly
colored walls. This made everything look more active
than what was actually occurring. To get things started,
I ordered a Cilantro Margarita, which is made up of
silver tequila, lime juice, and of course cilantro. It
had a great kick and was smooth with every sip. The dish
that really stands out on their menu is the Pargorojo
Bonito, which is citrus marinated and seasoned fried
whole red snapper that is served with spicy habanero.
Their scale might call it spicy, but don’t let that fool
you. This thing is spicier than spicy. It was a kick,
but not a burning experience. Though the dishes are
composed of small proportions, they quality of the food
and the environment justify the premium
price.
